(c) The Human Resource Department of Integrated Systems Co. is responsible

the promotion and annual wage increment of its staff. If a member
of staff has enough years of service, he will be promoted. However
the amount of increment will vary. If the Management recommends him
and his performance is outstanding, he will receive a 10% increment.
If he meets only one of the conditions, he will be awarded a 6% increment
and if neither condition is met, he will still get a 3% wage increment.
If he does not have sufficient length of service, he will still be
granted increments. If the Management recommends him and his performance
